1. Why do I need to register to shop?
Registering on our website streamlines the ordering process by saving your billing and shipping information. It also lets you view your current and past orders, payments, and order statuses. Plus, when you become a member, you can earn points through our loyalty program and redeem them later for rewards.
2. How do I receive and redeem my 10% promo code?
Sign up with your email, and we’ll send you a 10% OFF promo code. If you don’t receive it, please contact us via Instagram or email us at kataunoil@gmail.com. The promo code is valid for one-time use on full-priced items only and expires one month after you receive it.
3. I received a damaged item.
We take great care to ensure your items are in good condition before shipping. However, damage may occur during transit. While we are not liable for damage caused after shipment, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged product, please email kataunoil@gmail.com with a photo and a brief description. We will try to resolve the issue with you on a good-faith, best-effort basis—though we can’t guarantee a specific outcome.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery to keep transactions smooth and secure.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations are not allowed.
6. I’m not sure what to buy. Can I get advice?

7. Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No, our system allows only one promotional code per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined.
8. How should I store my products?
Since organic skincare is delicate, please store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always wash your hands before using them to keep everything clean and hygienic.
